DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Information
Thexxxzone.com orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt during the business week.
Same day shipping can occur if there are no billing or backorder issues to resolve. The following time deadlines would need to be met as well:
Orders placed by 8:30 am E.S.T. Mondays are expected to be shipped the same day.
Orders placed by 11:30 am E.S.T. Tuesday, and Wednesday are expected to be shipped the same day.
Our operations are closed on Weekends and National Holidays. No shipping will occur during these times. Also, when anticipating transit times, please allow an extra day when holidays are concerned. Most shipping carriers are either closed or have very limited operations during National Holidays.
Refunds - Service Failure
Please read the below details on each of the shipping options. For all shipping services offered by the U.S. Postal Service, we do NOT guarantee delivery and therefore cannot be held responsible should the Post Office fail to deliver your package. If we can confirm the error is on our part, we will of course send you another package. If we confirm the package was indeed delivered by the post office, through the Delivery Confirmation procedure on the postal service web site, then we cannot be held liable if your package is misplaced, stolen, or not received by you. If you want us to guarantee delivery of your package, then please choose a trackable & insured service such as UPS. The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not insure or guarantee delivery of our packages.
Discrete Packaging
We use standard shipping boxes and envelopes provided by our shipping carriers and all return address labels read "The 23rd Corporation." There will be absolutely no mention of the contents of the shipment any where on the package.
Domestic Shipments (Within the United States)
P.O. Boxes
If you are requesting shipment to a Post Office Box, APO or AE address, we will use United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Air Mail. United States Postal Service (USPS) as they are the only carrier that services PO and APO boxes. There is no Express service available to APO addresses. Transit times are 4-10 business days (Military addresses may experience extended transit times), The 23rd Corporation. does not offer a transit time guarantee or a delivery guarantee for this shipping method.
UPS™ DOES NOT deliver to PO Boxes or APO's.
USPS Media Mail
This service is for the price minded consumer who is not in a hurry, these shipments can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. It is not a trackable service. In most cases there is a delivery confirmation on the shipment, but this information is only scanned at the point of delivery. This service is provided by the United States Postal Service(USPS) and will be delivered by the normal postal carrier. If the shipment does not fit in the mailbox, the postal carrier may require someone to accept the shipment. If this shipment does not arrive within 3 weeks, please contact us and we will be glad to look up the delivery confirmation. Please be advised we do NOT guarantee this service. If we confirm through the USPS Delivery Confirmation process the package was delivered, then we have met our responsibility and cannot be held liable if the package is stolen or misplaced.
USPS Priority Mail
This service is also provided by the United States Postal Service(USPS) and is delivered by your postal carrier. Transit times can take up to 10 days. It is not a track-able service. In most cases there is a delivery confirmation on the shipment, but this information is only scanned at the point of delivery. If the shipment does not fit in the mailbox, the postal carrier may require someone to accept the shipment. If this shipment does not arrive within 10 business days, please contact us and we will be glad to look up the delivery confirmation. Please be advised we do NOT guarantee this service. If we confirm through the USPS Delivery Confirmation process the package was delivered, then we have met our responsibility and cannot be held liable if the package is stolen or misplaced.
USPS EXPRESS (1-2 Day Delivery)
We also use United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail service (EMS). Transit times are 1-2 business days, The 23rd Corporation. does not offer a transit time guarantee for this shipping method. Also if the package is lost through the postal service system, we cannot be held liable for this and we have no way to make a claim.
